extends AbstractList<SelEntry>

The entries read from the System Event Log by SelRequest.execute(), in the order of the log, with what Get SEL Info says of the whole log: how many entries it holds, and when it was last written and erased.

utcOffsetMinutes

public int utcOffsetMinutes()

Returns the offset from UTC of the SEL time, which a BMC that keeps its SEL time as local time reports with Get SEL Time UTC Offset (IPMI 2.0 revision 1.1): already applied to every timestamp of the list and its entries. 0 for a BMC without the command, whose SEL time is UTC. It is the offset in force when the log was read: the log records none per entry, so an entry logged under another offset (before a daylight saving change) comes out shifted by the difference.

the offset in minutes, local time = UTC + offset
