Waiting for the GetChannelAuthenticationCapabilities response, the first one of the handshake. Back to Uninitialized on Timeout, on a reply that cannot be decoded or carries an error completion code, and on DefaultAck once the reply was read: Get Channel Cipher Suites comes next.
